Are you listening?
Are you excited?
Yep. Stitch Fix!
It. Is. Awesome.
So, here's what happened. There is this super awesome buddy of mine here in Egypt. A fellow American, she is always perfectly put together, even though she is a full-time mom of three and Air Force spouse. She is spunky and fun and such a great addition to my homies here.
One day, as I marveled at her awesome style, she said "Oh, it's all Stitch Fix!" She told me about it and before I knew it, I was begging for her referral code.
Stitch Fix is a service where a personal shopper selects five items for you. You can receive a shipment once a month, once every few months, once a year, whatever floats your boat. These five items can be at any price point you set. If you tend to scoot along the sale aisles of TJ Maxx and love a good deal, they can accommodate you. If you want them to pick out your new Winter coat, or bathing suit, they can accommodate. You can tell them how much and what you would like. Then you leave it up to your personal shopper, who will check out your Pinterest boards, blog (ahem), and any photos you would like to share to give them a sense of your style.
When the box arrives, you can try everything on and then decide what, if anything, you would like to keep. If you keep nothing, you pay a $20 styling fee. These stylists don't work for free, peeps! BUT, if you buy even one item, the $20 fee goes toward it and you only pay for what you keep. If you decide that you love everything, wahoo! You get 25% off the lot!
I think the best part of this whole process is the absolute surprise you get when the box arrives. You have no clue what could be inside!
So, yes. This CAN be a gift just for yourself! How often do you do that? Or you can give a gift certificate to someone you love dearly and they can put that toward several months of Stitch Fix-ery.
Stitch Fix largely works on referral and as such has a great referral program. So, if you love me and want for me to get your referral, I give you great thanks! You can click here.
